    Gift wrapping and packaging

    All items are packaged with care. Gift notes may be added to any order. Invoices and pricing information are never included in your shipment.

    Custom and personalized orders

    Yes, I welcome custom orders and many items can be personalized. Please contact me for more information.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are accepted on most items within the outlined time frame and conditions as stated above. Upon receipt of the item(s) a refund for the item price only, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us immediately. We will require photos of the item and packaging so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier. Once approved by the shipping carrier, we will immediately send out a replacement item.

    Lost Items: We have no control over packages that have been shipped, if a package becomes lost in transit, you the (buyer) must file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your item or request a refund with that carrier.

    We will not be willing to make any other concessions on returns, damaged items, or lost items. This is the best way to make it fair for all of our customers.

    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

    We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with our free shipping option. If you would like a shipping quote please contact us prior to ordering.
